Application Of SMS On Oil Field Data Acquisition Based On SCDMA System

One century oil requires the automatization in production system. Data acquisition system of oil well is the important part of the numeral oil. The item of data acquisition system based upon the SCDMA note provides a new opportunity, a new challenge also. So, this problem is worthy while researching.According to the characteristics in each oil field of our country of wide distribution area, large quantity, long distant and scatter in the data collection system of oil well, and the application and development of SCDMA convenient local call system, this paper presents a system of oil data acquisition based on SMS in SCDMA. The most important advantage of this system is low cost. This advantage embodies in several points, low investment, low equipment, low consumption and low maintenance cost etc.At first, the paper introduces the definition, basic processing theory, advantages and application of SMS and analyzes the significance and feasibility of establishing remote processing in the SMS data acquisition system. And then it analyzes and designs the system requirement in general. The realization of data automated acquisition and transmission will provide the basis for the optimization function of oil well data acquisition. The basis communication module is important and difficult in realizing the system functions and also is the emphasis of this paper. It mainly contains utilizing Mscomm control to realize the serial communication, utilizing AT command to realize the control and SMS receiving and sending operation etc.Finally, the paper introduces the system exterior interface of the terminal communication module, and the communication with the SMC. Based on the data operation flat roof of the oil field SCDMA communication system, it can provide the circuitry switch inspecting in oil field electricity net, the data transfers in high voltage measurement and the numerical value in long distance noting meter etc, providing broad applying space and extend foreground in many manufacture domain.
