TD-SCDMA (Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access), one of the three main standards that China has the independent intellectual property rights, is really a great breakthrough and a landmark in the history of Chinese communication.This thesis is based on the project "TD-SCDMA network analyzer". The project requires that the hardware complete the work of data collection, data management and providing interface between hardware and software. Four different kinds of cards are needed:STM-1 data collection card, El data collection card, IMA data collection card and IP data collection card.The structure of the core network in TD-SCDMA is generally the same as the network of the GPRS, and both of which are based on the PS technique and use the SS7 in the controlling panel. So, El data collection card is one of the most important components in TD-SCDMA network analyzer.The design of the El data collection card is designed to extract the SS7 signaling message from the core network of TD-SCDMA.The first two chapters introduce the general situation of the TD-SCDMA network, and the basic research background as well as the total design framework of the TD-SCDMA network analyzer. Then in the third chapter, this thesis introduces in detail about the great capacity of the enhanced El data acquisition card which is based on the PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) bus technology, including its total design scheme and its basic working principle. The fourth chapter elaborates on the hardware design and the reality of the Enhanced El data acquisition card in detail, including the total hardware design framework, the primary components which are used in the card, the circuit schematic's design, the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design and reality, etc. The fifth chapter briefly introduces the design of the driver program simply and its framework of TD-SCDMA network analyzer. In the end, the sixth chapter introduces the driving realization of enhanced E1 data acquisition card and the testing result. Much field measurement have shown that the design accords with the requirement of the testing,presenting a good effect.
