Research On Network Construction Technology Of Half-Physics Simulation Platform For Ship's Integrated Platform Management System

The newest developed direction of the ship automation is the Integrated Platform Management System (IPMS), it is the basic for ship-ship and ship-shore cooperation. For researching the IPMS, performing the simulation experiment and confirming validity of the research results and the design methods, holding the key technology of IPMS, developing the IPMS that reaches the requirements of engineering application, we base on the construction of ship's power lab and all kinds of ship's power test-beds, has done the work that develop IPMS half-physics simulation platform.The theoretical and applied research on the network construction technology of IPMS half-physics simulation platform is studied chiefly in this paper. First, through analysis on the key technologies of IPMS, the function and composition of IPMS half-physics simulation platform are defined, then discussed the necessity of network construction and the requirements of network design for IPMS half-physics simulation platform. Second, the network architecture and the heterogeneous networks integration are researched deeply, especially, the scheme that base on the gateway and OPC technology of multiple Fieldbus and industry Ethernet integration is contrastively discussed and studied in depth, the best scheme of the network construction is proposed, provided a excellent network platform for IPMS half-physics simulation platform. The last, this paper takes general fieldbus and the CAN-bus as objects, develops a real-time and reliable device of bottom heterogeneous networks interconnection: a gateway of redundancy general fieldbus and the CAN-bus. The problems of real-time redundancy switch and reliability design are solved. It ensures the integral redundancy network structure of the gateway's two sides, and provides applied example and technical basic to interconnect and integrate the other bottom heterogeneous networks.
