Voltage is one of important quality index of electric power. Power loss is an important synthesis technical and economic index of power companies. Currently, improving voltage quality and saving power loss have been job emphasis of power companies. The method how to realize automatic and Optimized control in Reactive power/voltage aspect due to the concept of multi level control is researched in this paper. The characteristics and tasks of each level are analysed and the ways to manage multi-level reactive power/voltage control in district power network is explored. A method that the reactive power/voltage control system based on SCADA(supervisory control and data acquisition) ,making use of the real-time network topology and sensitivity analysis results is put forward. The thesis also does a lot in research of the expert system, both in design idea and knowledge constitution, in order to achieve multi-level coordination control. At the end of the paper the practical experience and effect are showed by a regional real-time reactive power/voltage control system developed from the method of this thesis.
