In this thesis a fuzzy control system used in Voltage and Reactive Power auto regulatory device is designed based on the nine-zone controlling principle.In the fuzzy system,the fuzzy reasoning is mamdani method and the antifuzzy is centroid method.The software MATLAB is used to calculate the fuzzy system.The fuzzy system divide the voltage-reactive pane into fuzzy zone, in this way the domain-swing between closing domain is eliminated. And the fuzzy system also have the special regular to eliminate the domain-swing between some special phenomenon. In designing,the experience of electrical engineers is considered, so this fuzzy system should be more suitable for the practice. Fuzzy control prevent a large amount of calculation, increase systematic stability, reduce the movements. Design use 80C196KC realized the measurement to electric parameters. Engineer of host computer get parameters through serial communication. The host computer finishes the calculation of active power, reactive power and power factor, inquire fuzzy form of controlling , give and publish the controlling amount.Experimental data indicate control system can correct completion the rise or fall of voltage transformer and the throw or cut of capacitor-group, prevent equipments from frequently regulated and shakes, raise the lifespan of the equipments.
