Nowadays, control system has been developing toward multitasking, multi-object and more complex in structure for the need of social production. The internal components of the system are not working alone and isolated individuals but form a unity which needs real-time communication and resource sharing at any time. As the development and integration of the technology among the control system, the information network and computer are becoming more complicated and intelligent in structures, and the spatial distribution also become more widely. Then, the networked control system comes with the tide of fashion. The wireless networked control system for their superiority gets the favor of the researchers and the industry among the networked control system.The path of communication for the wireless networked control system is not real wire, but the wireless channel is compromised of some communication nodes. The system involves the wireless communication, computer network, automation control and many other complex areas. Compared with the traditional, the wireless networked control system has its own advantages like quick installing, low cost and easier maintenance. So it is suitable for some special working environment which is flammable, explosive and radioactive, as well as intelligent transportation, aerospace etc. As a result, the wireless communication technology is introduced into the industrial instrument monitoring system and built eventually, which has become a development trend of future control system. Our aerial defense antimissile weapon system just adopted this technology, so will the unmanned anti-aircraft artillery and other weapons in the future. Wireless network is listed as one of the most influential technology in the21st century and the world’s top10technology which can change the world in American famous magazines like Business Week and Technology Review. In some developed countries, such as Japan and the European Union, the wireless network control system has been studied as a strategic subject and achieved some progress. With the increasing development and need for wireless network technology, it will play a more active and more significant role in all ways of life.In view of the obvious advantages of wireless network control system and its importance in national product, a topological structure of a wireless network control system is built based on the topology control algorithm, and the effect of wireless network on control system and optimization of the network topology structure is researched in this paper. On this basis, the schedule problem about the power of network node is also discussed. On the premise of system control performance, the algorithm is improved and energy consumption of each node is reduced.Firstly, the background and significance of the wireless network control system has been studied. The structure and the general model of wireless network control system have also been introduced in this paper. Then, it summarizes the predecessors’ research achievements and illustrates the current research status, moreover, involves a comprehensive description about the wireless network control system and some simulation platform. Employing the topology algorithm optimizes the structure of wireless network control system and explains and distinguishes the topology technology.Then,according to the advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm RM,some improvement has been made and used to optimize the topology of the wireless network control system through the TrueTime simulation platform.This paper systematically researches the scheduling problem of the node power of wireless network control system, and it employs event driven and time driven.Then, it also introduces the performance of the power of the free nodes in the network.At last, it studies the hybrid scheduling problem of wired and wireless networks,dead zone scheduling algorithm and designs a hybrid scheduling algorithm of wireless network control system. The finally work is to summarize the article, propose the imperfections and put forward the research.
