Web-based Training Simulation System For Substation

The training simulation system for substation of Nan'yang power supply bureau in HeNan Province is based on C/S (Client/Server) mode. Under this mode, the training needs to be carried on in same location, and can only train two person each time; But the trainers are numerous, and work locations are distributed. Obviously, this kind of training method is limited.Aiming at above problem, a configuration and a realization method of Web-based training simulation system applying JSP technique for substation are presented in this paper. The structure of B/S uses Web server and JSP as interlayer. A database system of B/S mode with four-layer Web structure comes from the tight combination of B/S and Web technique. The application development of B/S mode using JSP is the most popular development mode currently, so the application systems developed using JSP and Oracle database (the leading DBMS today) are advanced both in theory and practice.Firstly, the holistic design scheme of Web-based training simulation system for substation is presented after introducing the application system finished in the actual project. Secondly, the features and advantages of SVG are described, and the technology of graphics web publication and dynamical real-time data publication based on SVG are discussed; Then, the technology of multi-tiered database is adopted the connection with database using JDBC technique has been realized. Finally, through banding SVG and JSP technique together, the function of system has been implemented, and at same time, the security strategy is proposed. A summarize for the work of the project is the final part of the thesis. The innovations and shortages are pointed out for later implementing of the project, prospect of Training Simulation System for Substation is also prospected.
