With the development of enterprise information, large numbers of information systems are brought up. These systems distribute in all the enterprise, and bring poor collaboration and no visual. They are needed to be given a personalized interactive graphic service according to the different users.Former format of graphic is bitmap which is static, and can not be controlled. For this shortcoming, format of vector graphics comes forth. Scalable vector graphics (SVG) is a format of two-dimension-graphics by W3C according to XML. It makes up disadvantage of the old graphic format and can be controlled and interactive. On the base of vector graphics, an information releasing model based SVG is brought forward. It provides some modules which can customize and control graphic elements for the users, release them on different platforms, then run the business logic. The model solves the requirements of services of graphic information and enterprise information integration. An interactive graphic releasing model based SVG(SVGIM) is put forward, and the implementations of the key points including reusability, extensibility, interoperability and transplant ability are analyzed. Model satisfies the requirement of interactive graphic information. Java technology and XML technology are adopted in the model, and graphic level integration is realized.According to the description of model, a basic system is used as an example. This system provides the users with interactive graphic information service, effectively integrates original information.
