With the rapid development of Internet technique and on the increase of the request of information share, the database system develops from miniaturization to large-scale system, from centralized system to distributed one. The distributed database system which can manage separate sections becomes one of the main research fields. For the distributed database system, in order to increase running efficiency, the data are distributed to different crunodes, while the same data are saved on multi-crunodes, that is to say there are many copies (data redundancy),and so here comes the problem of data consistency, namely data synchronization.This dissertation is regarded"the data synchronization model of the management information system of Wuhan floating population family plan"research project as the background. On the basis of the web environment of Wuhan Family Planning Commission that is fully analyzed and the date type which is needed to be synchronized , the system date synchronization is divided into two level synchronization that each one has the method to implement separately: the synchronization between street and district which is implemented by data pipeline, the synchronization between district and city or between district and district which is implemented by XML.In date pipeline realization of data synchronization between street and district, this dissertation has discussed following several key technology: automatic registering data source in REGEDIT; connecting to the remote database; uploading and downloading data from server by date pipeline. The use of these technology simplify the user operation, increase the system reliability and reduce the demand for hardware. In XML realization of data synchronization between district and city, this dissertation has discussed the key step of implementation: first the transform from Oracle database to XML Schema by dot net; second the creation of XML document by PB program on the base of XML schema; third the mapping from XML document to Oracle database server by dot net program. The way of XML have a advantage of high speed and is suit for transporting mass date and transporting data between heterogeneous database system.This data synchronization model has already been tested run, and the actual effect is good. It has satisfied the user need and will increase the work efficiency on management of floating population family plan.
