Along with the innovation in electrical system, the separation between factories and power network, and the opening bides in power network appeared in china, the electrical system market has undergone a drastic competition during these years. Pursuing the maximum profit has been become the main internal motivity for investments. It require that power plant must apply information technology to realize the highly automation in the production and highly modernization in the management, to achieve the purpose of"staff efficiency". With the same time, electric power lacks is occurred high frequency. It made power plant optimize the resource and advance the production efficiency more urgent. So to construct high efficiency information integrated system is needed and to make the power plant unit optimization running will archive the purpose of"lowering energy consumption", it plays an important role in strategies development for a corporation.On the basis of deeply analyzing the function layer architecture and design idea of CIPS, this thesis systematically concludes the contemporary related research of implementing CIPS in thermal power plant. At the same time, this thesis systematically analyzes the characteristics in producing procedures in a thermal power plant, and further develops the architecture model of CIPS in thermal power plant, form a set of thermal power plant CIPS hiberarchy model and integrated frame model with clearly layers. Besides, DCS, MIS and SIS are integrated a system. The thesis contributes a lot to the integrated information system to the interior producing process of power enterprise and provides important theoretic and technological supervision to the realization of"integration of managing and controlling". According to such two models, the thesis gives a classical design for network framework and software architecture models in the SIS, and suggests the network architecture should adopt redundancy star shape structure, and recommend the power plant DSS architecture model and function model. The function of the power plant load optimization dispatch is the main technique to realize"lowering energy consumption". After investigating two load optimizing algorithm, the thesis conclude the advantage and disadvantage of each algorithm and different using area. The thesis designs the model of real unit load dispatch. At last, on the background of Anhui Huaibei mining group adopting the constructing of digital electrical plant in its melting project 4X135MW, this thesis demonstrates the rationality and the feasibility of the schema, and gives some prospective conclusion in digital thermal power plant.
