| Along with the progress of the modern construction level of our Army, the Internal-combustion Engine Power Station has been the important attach equipment of various Weapon System. The condition of fuel system was directly relative with the operate state of diesel engine and even the whole power station. However, The malfunction rate of the fuel system of military power station was high. It was serious affect the efficient use ratio of Power Station. For solution this problem, using the advanced sensor technique and single chip computer technique, we develop a testing instrument which controlled by 80C196 single chip computer and integrated with Non-electricity measurement, signal process and interface technique. It could non-disassembly dynamic test several parameters of the fuel system, such as fuel injection pressure, fuel injection bulkhead angle, fuel injection and fuel supply advance angle.In this paper, we study the principle of non-disassembly dynamic test of the Power Station fuel system based on analyzing the detected signals (e.g. fuel injection waves, tachometer) of fuel injection pump. And then we provide the design project and achievable method of hardware and software of signal dynamic detective process based on sensor technique.Aim for the requirement of design task, we fully understood the performance parameters of 80C196,27C512,6264,DS12887,8255 chips, and then designed 80C196 single chip computer based on the interface expansion and programmable technique, and analyzed circuit composition (e.g. system main circuit, interface circuit, power supply circuit), main program, and the software design of programmable controller.Furthermore, we provided the technique pathway for making up the relative module of testing instrument (e.g. input-output system, constant temperature control system and electrical source system), and introduced the makeup, manipulation, probation and performance test of testing instrument model machine in detail. Moreover, the performance analysis and integral evaluation of model machine were shown, and the technique characteristic, difficulty and solution pathway of testing instrument were summarized. |
