Saving energy and reducing energy of consumption, which is about to internal combustion engine is reduced fuel consumption,improved combustion efficiency and reduced emissions, which requires that study all aspects of the internal combustion engine. The affect factors of the internal combustion engine are varied, so the data acquisition and analysis of internal combustion engine plays a improtant role. you have to work hard in the optimization of the combustion process, to improve and perfect the overall or some local characteristics of the internal combustion engine,and the most effective means improving the performance of internal combustion engine is the most analysis of combustion and heat release process. The best way is in-depth study of data acquisition and further analysis.First of all,this paper introduces the existing hardware. Then devises the data acquisition and analysis system of the internal combustion engine depend on LABVIEW. The system includes the correcting TDC module, data acquisition module, predict the volumetric efficiency module, dynamic analysis cylinder pressure module, fuel pressure analysis module combustion analysis module, routine performance module and other module altogether8modules, also extends the vibration module and noise module. The system have a beautiful, simple, friendly interface, you can through the functional analysis button module running, also use the menu or shortcuts to run. The software running result show that the design has achieved the expected goals, it also provides a powerful tool for future experimental studies.
