This paper the author review optic fiber is communication media as a rule which have many advantage .For example Its huge of communication capability Jong distance of transmit ability, excellent anti-jamming ability of electron etc . CAN applied to wide area of industry . Tradition way used Twist-Pair as communication media .AT based on actually application of bus controller area development , by mean of optical technology and computer controller technology ,electron technology ,communication technology we study that Plastic Optic Fiber is as new communication media of which application in CAN which face actually question of theory and technology in fact.The article include following question of building CAN using POF :trait of POF CAN (controller area net); discuss topology of POF CAN; the max nod numbers of POF CAN; communicate with upper computer in POF CAN; O/E and E/O conversion etc. The paper show result of experimentation and more present possibly development direction of this subject.In the paper , We based on queuing-theory calculated flax intensity and time delay in stellated CAN . And we based on result to make sure of theory groundwork of stellated/annular CAN . and figure out how to make realization of physics layer and data link layer in CAN . We test data transmission and more master compete rule in experimentation.At end we analyze result of experimentation of CAN with Plastic Optic Fiber and conclude there is swiftness transmission , preferable anti-jamming ability of electron , more better reliability in CAN with POF.
