Along with the comprehensive promotion of the Internet technologyand the fast enhancement of the test synthesis management level, themanagement pattern and the management method of computer class testwill certainly to have the profound change. In order to satisfy the requestunder the new situation of the JiLin Province universities computerfoundation educational reform and the practice, we developed thisnon-computer specialty computer grade examination system(CGES) inJiLin District, which involves each link of the work of the computer classtest, provides a quite advanced network system platform and a stable, highly effective working conditions for the schools and the correlativedepartments of the test to carry on the daily management. So it can realizethe goal of information sharing, speeding up the information feedback, promptly correcting an error to regulate and enhancing working efficiency.Using this system is advantageous to the computer class test work toestablish the quantification management pattern as soon as possible, strengthen the digitization, the scientific style, the standardizedmanagement, farthest extricate the teaching and administrative staff fromthe tedious manual service, enhance the working efficiency. Workingcondition: Microsoft Windows series;Developing condition: MicrosoftWindows Server 2003,Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003(C++).Object-Oriented technique has many advantages, greatly shorten thedeveloping period. Through OOP, the application can be divided intomany small independent pieces (or objects), then these objects can becombined to create application. The most important excellence of OOP isreuse, namely, we can create one-off components and use them repeatedly.Further more creating model scientifically and reasonably is a successfulassurance to a project. Without the rational models, the project will bevery difficult to carry on down according to the plan, moreover even if theproject has completed, the maintenance and improvement of the systemwill become a handicap because scientifically and reasonably model isn'tbe created. UML is an object-oriented visible modeling language. UsingUML to make the software crowded system visual, expatiatory, constructing and documented. The article in detail explains the wholeprocess how uses UML to create model in a system, and I gives parts ofuse case diagram, Interactive diagram, Class diagram, Activity diagram. The whole system can be divided into five layers (object layer, structurelayer, subject layer, attribute layer, instance link layer), and processedquestion spaces, interactivities, task management and data managementdesigns on these layers. This system involves 7 objects (user power, student, college, teacher, question, score and subject) and mentions 4 structures: administrators, examination questions, examinees and examination results. The CGES iscomposed of examination system, question management system and signup system. The article presents a function that translates an object modelinto a relational model by Relational Database Management System(RDBMS), and designs the relational database of the CGES. Theinteractivities design uses Graphical User Interface (GUI) techniqueapplied to Microsoft Windows OS. There follows an example of formsdesign.Testing on the functions of record and verify, browse and sign up,question management, examination and scores reporting, indicates that thesystem accord with the request of today's computer class test. And thissoftware has the advantages such as reusability, expansibility andmaintainability. C++ is an effective language, too. The future system canprogress by subdividing components on the base of existing system, orfinding better components subdivisions, to fit the evolution of CCT.
