The author applied VBA(Visual Basic for Application) technology, object-oriented technology, Cokriging geological drafting technique to the"Design and Implementation of Geological Map System Based on VBA". ,VBA(Visual Basic for Application)is a macro programming language, which uses the object model to simulate the real world. It can be run with a host application integrated with VBA. In the course of exploring VBA, we construct conceptual model through OOA (Object-Oriented Analyse), establish Database System's E-R model according to the serving connection between the different classes. E-R Model can be converted to relevant Object-Oriented Data Model through the Object-Oriented mapping, in order to implement efficient data access, we start ODBC (Open DataBase Connectivity) accessing pattern, achieving the compilation and modification of different Data format by ADO (Active Data Objects) accessing pattern port. The key modules in the design are Construct-Data Module and Plot Module. In the Construct-Data Module, comprehensive index, best segmentation, single parameter quantitative, economy parameter and so on, which were used in data processing, optimizing series of development in the the research of strata subdividing in the complicated fault-block oil reservoir. In the Plot Module, automatism charting was implemented about sedimentary facies, porosity, permeability in the the research of strata subdividing.
