Research Of Laser High-Reflectivity Film

This thesis discussed the laser high-reflectivity film whichcenter wave-length is 808nm. It described primarily the design of themultiple layers film, the choosing of the materials, the auxiliarytechnology, the technology of deposition and so on. According to thecomprehension and analyze about the above contents, I design theλ/4film which is G/(HL)~8H/A. This multiple layers film can attain therequest that the reflectivity will not smaller than 99.5%, According tothe choice of material and the technology of deposition, It can attainthe special request of laser high-reflection film, for example, reducedthe optical loss and increased the laser damage threshold of filmpossibly and so on.
