The multilayered medium high reflector is in the laser one of important optics parts. To the power laser, the value size of anti-laser damage threshold of optical components surface deposited the high reflection film directly influences the life of laser system. Therefore, we have further studied the damage mechanism of multilayered medium high reflection film under the laser illumination, selecting the appropriate film materials, using the mixed film preparative plan, through the tests and the optimized craft parameter, and we found the way that enhanced the thin film anti-laser damage threshold value and the method of preparing the high strengthen thin film. The experiments and the test results indicate that the prepared film completely satisfies the laser system requests.
