Abstract/Summary:
The shuttle kiln is an important equipment which is used for burning refractorymaterials,and the control level of the temperature has the direct effect on the quality ofproducts. So,how to design good temperature control strategy and control system fortunnel kiln which can satisfy the produce requirements,enhance the quality of theproduct,reduce the energy consumption and reduce the pollution,becomes a questionwhich is need to be solved imminency.We need to establish the shuttle kiln temperature model before researching theadvanced control strategy. Because the shuttle kiln is a complicated object which is hardto establish an exact mathematic model,so this paper identifies the dynamic model ofthe shuttle kiln temperature object through Elman neural network based on the dataform field. After making the matlab simulative experiment,we get the conclusion thatthe effect of the shuttle kiln temperature model indentified by Elman neural network isgood.The shuttle kiln is a complicated object which has some characteristics,such as,hysteretic property,time-varying and non-linear,these charactertisics causing as to itstemperature control more difficult. The conventional PID control technique can’t get theperfect control effect,In this paper,A fuzzy CMAC controller tuning based ongenetic algorithm was proposed. In this method. Gauss function is used as fuzzymembership function,fuzzy inference is realized by CMAC neural network and theshape of member function can be adjusted in real time,which endures the controllerwith capability of learning and self-adapt,Genetic method was presented for tuningweight parameters to find the global optimal solution At last,making the matlabsimulative experiment,we can make the conclusion that kiln temperature controlsystem based on Genetic Fuzzy CMAC neural network has better performance thanthe kiln temperature control system based on PID in the following aspects: betterfollowing performance for temperature varying,less adjusting time,greater anti- interference ability and greater robustness,so,the fuzzy neural network controller canmeet the requirements of tunnel kiln temperature control. The paper takes the practicalproject as the background,according to the requirement of the produce process ofshuttle kiln and detailed analysis of the deman and the characteristic of tunnel kiln,wedesign control system for shuttle kiln which contain loop control,process supercisingand management information system.We use the Honeywell HC900DCS to take theloop control of the system and use the configuration software of WinCC to carry out thesupervisory function of the system.
