| Archive resource is valuable information resource, composing the main part of the social information system. Since 1980's, its development has become a focus issue, and formed a new research field. Basing on wide surveys, deep consideration and opinions collection, following the way from general theory to specific method, the paper illustrates the connotation of archive resource and its development, offers a different division to the mode of archive resource development from a new view, that is, the development aiming to the resource user and to its noumenon. Then, the paper fully explains the division way of two modes and the meaning behind this division. Simultaneously, the paper also explains how to give proper evaluation in order to improve archive resource development, and finally expounds the advance of archive resource in information society: creation. |
