The Design And Implementation Of The ChongQing's Electronic Government Network

In 21 century, with the high-speed development of computer technology and communication science, our country steps into informaiton society .Constructing and using network have been proved to be one of the key facts raising social productivity. Government's informationization becomes the general trend of development. How to build one practical, reliable, high efficient, high expanding and high security network in our government is an important problem which we are must faced .The thesis describes the outline of the intranet and extranet of ChongQin's electronic government, analyzes the technical scheme and features of three-in-one government inner network platform which contains secret data, Red-machine secret telephone speech, secret OA affairs . Based on the analysis of security requirement of the network, the thesis gives the construction targets of electronic government system. Under the direction of the technical framework of information security protection and the deep-defense idea, the thesis gives the design of the security system of Changing's electronic government network, including network and infrastructure security, reign bolder security, outer linkage security, computation environment security, support infrastructure security, and etc. The implementation of the designed security scheme gives an example for electronic government construction in general method and procedure.In March 2005, the electronic government network platform over ChongQin's city and counties was set up successfully, and the network interconnection of the whole city, information sharing, business co-operation and security management are implemented, therefore, the obvious economic and social binifits are obtained.
