At present,our government is gradually changing from control government to the service government,and people put forward higher requirements on the efficiency of the government,and with the rapid development of computer technology,all levels of government and its subordinate units can build the e-government system platform,to achieve the implementation of paperless office and information,effectively enhance the government the service and management efficiency.Therefore,how to build a reasonable e-government management system platform,optimize e-government business processes and improve the efficiency of e-government operations,has an important research significance.This paper takes the city of Dujiangyan as an example,and takes the design and implementation of the private cloud platform of the municipal government e-government as the research topic,which will elaborate the whole process of the system construction.The system uses B/S architecture development,J2EE and SSH for system structure construction,using Hadoop to build cloud platform,and combined with authority control technology,enterprise bus and other technologies for e-government cloud platform structure.In this paper,the objectives and significance of the subject were established towards the current situation of the development of e-government,the development needs of the investigation and analysis at home and abroad.Then combined with own work experience,based on the detailed demand of the current e-government management needs,analysed by using UML modeling tools and function model,including function analysis and performance analysis,and the important business process analysis,to formate the requirements document.Then,based on the demand analysis and the B/S architecture,to carry out the detailed design of the system,including the overall function of some network architecture,the system topology,some of the interface and the database design.Finally,the system is implemented based on J2EE,Hadoop and MySQL,and the implementation process is illustrated by effect diagram and flow chart.To complete the system structures,functions and performance are tested,and the exsiting problems are iterative improved through testing and evaluation,and ultimately promote the platform of e-government system of Dujiangyan city to be on the line.Through the government administrative behavior,the system is extended to the city's various units,and the city's administrative efficiency improved significantly,so as to save a lot of manpower the cost and capital investment,and is operating in good condition.
