Research On The Network Security Of Electronic Government Affairs

Currently, E-Government has become a hotspot that the global information technology industry are concerned about. With the stratification, grouping and Broad Band development of E-Government network,more and more Statistic and decision-making job,daily supervise and check-up job, administration job such as OA, and integrative job facing multimedia will convert digital and netwok affairs,all that accord with trend of development together of information and network, but this bring forward high request to application security. Otherwise, E-Government come down to many important information, thereinto some information concern own country's security, therefore How to ensure all-sided security of e-government network will be a problem that builder and governor will face.The security aim of E-Government Affairs is to prevent all kinds of intrusion and attack ,access without authorization, imitation, juggle, disavowal from exterior and inside.So we must fit user's all kinds of request, synthetize all kinds of security technology ,and integrate all kinds of security administration measure,take integrated stratagem such as "unitive programming,steped execution " to realize integrated security defence of E-Government.To build secure E-Government network system, we must establish integrated information security ensured system. This system include physical security, network security, system security, application security, data security and security administration. At the same time we must adopt all kinds of advanced technology actively, such as FireWall, Intrusion Detection System, Virtual Private Network, Virtual Local Area Network, encrpytion techniques, PKI, and to realize centralized and unitive scheme, watch and administration. But we defend integrated security of E-Government system, not to accumulate all kinds of security product ,but to integrate organically and utilize synthetically these technology.At first this article summarizes development actuality and security threaten of E-Government at present, then it introduce some network security technology that are popular currently. Subsequently this article analyses network security defence system and hiberarchy, based on design rule of network security defence system, combines network security technology in reason and analyses every layer security, moreover design security resolvent. And then,by analysing and designing E-Government network system of HongShan WuHan, this article researches network administration and security of E-Government network system further. At last it summarizes and expects E-Government network security system.
