As the foreign insurance companies constantly pouring into Chinese insurance market after China joined to WTO, with the break of monopolization, the insurance enterprise eagerly need to increases the scientific decision ability within itself and strengthen the market operating judgment to improve and increase market competition ability. In order to do agility reaction to the market opportunity and keep the enterprise always success in marketing competition in information ages, the insurance enterprise must make full use of accumulated business data, set up the Statistical Information System, get(inquiring, searching) the information quickly, and establishment marketing tactics.This paper take the ChinaLife SiChuan Statistical Information System for example.First, we introduce multi-layered architecture design theory to create the report forms displaying platform. The platform is used to load the new report form dynamicly and manage the users. Then we use data warehouse technology and combined resource of company and projects which we had finished to design and create a new and uniform data warehouse platform. It abstracts the information which is useful for management and judgement. At last, we base on the data warehouse and the report forms displaying platform to create lots of report forms. And these report forms help managers of the business enterprise to make the right judgement in time. This paper introduced multi-layered architecture design theory and data warehouse technology, and use Visual Studio2005 and SQL Server2005 to finish the project of ChinaLife SiChuan Stat. Information System. And the system has deployed and used very well.
