| The legal educational TV show, as a particular species of TV program, plays an important role in the legal construction of socialist state. The creation, development and flourish of the legal educational TV show have gone along correspondingly with the legal construction in China. When our nation is under the construction of a legal system, the legal educational TV show has its trend of being mature, flourishing, carrying Chinese characteristics. Its own development reflects the growing progress of the legal construction and the legal educational TV show. The legal educational TV show could get better on applying the suggestions followed: implement the standardization and legalization of its program; establish healthy management and self-discipline; comprehend the lawful spirit which should also be caught on to enhance the program quality.
