In modern monitoring technology, raster sensor has been widely applied in the measurement of line displacement and angular displacement.This paper mainly introduced raster displacement detection system based on FPGA. As the usual raster sensor data collection system has many problem, A new raster sensor data collection system was foundbased on FPGA &USB. In the system, FPGA was used as main controller, and the USB (based on CH375)was used for data transmission. A whole system hardware circuit design was given in the paper, including the FPGA processing of the raster sensor signal, and the USB circuit design. At the same time, the design of the host and slave computer procedure which carry out USB data transmission was also introduced in detail in this paper. The system has been successfully applied to some type of raster sensor displacement detection system.
