Angle is one of the most important parameters in apparatus and instrument, electronic products field.It is exact or not will influence the quality and life of the products.There are many measure methods of the angle,but the non-connection measure methods which is based on linear-CCD has much more advantages than the other measure methods,such as mechanical measurement method,electromagnetism method,optics method and so on.So it is one of the most important research directions.My task is that used liner-CCD as a measure part,combining the optics,mechanism and electricity technology,research one kinds of small angel displacement sensor,which has the advantages,such as non-connection,high precious,high anti-jamming,high trustiness, non-absolutely zero,low cost.Firstly,the article analyses the liner-CCD's work theory,based on the measure system,I chose the TCD 1501D as measure part;when I introduced the measure theory and the measure model,built the mathematics model,optimized the initialization parameters,designed a measure displacement used the optimized parameters;used VHDL language,combining the CPLD,on the MAX+plusⅡdesigned the CCD drive program;the CCD's video signal is preamplified,Differential Amplify,lowpass filter,bi-valuating,count and so on disposed;I apply the theory demonstrate the edge detection is an efficient and reasonable way to count the width of the bi-valuating wave;I designed the single chip machine system to count the CCD's bi-valuating wave;Used the VB's MSComm control to design the communication port and the communication protocol,which can connect the computer and the single chip machine;The computer can receive the date from the single chip machine and calculate the date,display the result and save the result;Finally,there was a large error when I tested the measure system,I think about all the reasons,and choose several main reasons,built the error compensation models,modified the mathematics model of measure system,diminished the measure error,the measure error is narrow than 0.03°...
