The Researches On Intelligent Measure And Control System In The Diesel Oil Delivery Process

In order to improve the management level of diesel oil delivery process, a new delivery solution which contains automatization technology was put forward. To support the new solution method, an intelligent measure and control system was developed, which included:1. The analysis of pulse signal acquisition circuit of flowmeters, which was based on LM358 AMP, compatible of electronics flowmeters and mechanical ones. 2. Discuss of data analysis and process terminal based on ATmega8 MCU which has the function of signal acquisition and RS-232 communication with GPRS terminal. 3. According to the need of the project, the necessity of RFID system was discussed, which helps to make the whole system more reliable. 4. The EMC of the intelligent measure and control system was deeply, of which the transient voltage change was discussed, and an effective solution was carried out and the function and necessity of electromagnetism shielding were set forth also.With the developed system, a lot of simulation experiments and real experiments were carded out. The application of this system from the accomplishment of the project has proved that the system developed was reliable enough. The new delivery solution has help to improve the management level, decreased the cost, and stopped losing oil for the oil delivery company. It also help domestic oil industry to compete with the international company better, therefore, this new solution is of promising application prospect.
