As a result, a better estimation for the producing level of agricultural mechanization of Heilongjiang province was done. This measuring system is a further development and progress for the original measuring methods and theories of the contribution rate of the agricultural mechanazation. And it can provide all the levels of government and the decision section with the theories of science basis for the overall instruction and the propulsion agricultural mechanization.
