Study On Web-based Intelligent Decision Support Syatem For Farm Machinary Seletion

Mechanization of farming is the important part of modern agriculture and the important guarantee of the development of agriculture and rural economics. The selection of agricultural machine is the important link in mechanization of farming. Correct selection can not only to suffice farm production, enhance efficiency and increase output, but also to save cost and decrease fee. In recent years, the governments have promulgated successively policy of supporting buy machine that make farmers buy more machine. But it is hard for farmers to get the message of agricultural machine, for example the variety, capability, characteristic, adaptability, price, and so on. A lot of source and capital had wasted by the blindly prevalent phenomenon of purchase. It becomes difficult problem that how to get the abundant message of agricultural machine, to fulfill optimal selection effective and scientific decision-making, and that using advance system of selecting of machine to put into execution of modernization in farming.This paper has researched on the web-based intelligent decision support system for farm machinery selection (for province Hei longjiang), with overseas and domestic disquisitive result, as far as the phenomenon of depend on experience of experts and old data when farmers select machine, to instruct selection of machine for farmers, farms, administrant department of farm machinery, to decrease the gap of decision-making level on farm machinery between developed country and China.Based on analyze the principle and factor of agricultural machinery selection, this paper has designed on the appraising target systems for agricultural machinery selection, selected by the model of AHP and Fuzzy synthesize judgment and PPC based on GA, which are translated and edited by Matlab as COM (Component Object Model) link with VB.NET, denoted the knowledge by IF-THEN method. FMSIDSS is exploited by Visual Basic.NET and SQL Server 2000, realized four central function: intelligent decision module, browse of information module, administration of system module, expert estimating module.FMSIDSS makes the best of technology of modern web and database, can help farmers, administrant department of farm machinery to realize the information, select type of machine by scientific model, and instruct farm production of administrant department of farm machinery, enhance economical benefit, lead helpful development of Mechanization of farming.
