This thesis was developed based on matching Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) demodulation background in Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) sensor system. Through researching piezoelectric material characteristic, the software and hardware design of PZT power supply and the application of piezoelectric micro displacement actuator in matching FBG demodulation, a practical piezoelectric micro displacement actuator was developed.At first in this thesis , the composing and the material characteristic of the piezoelectric-crystal were deeply illustrated, then the math expression of positive piezoelectric effect and negative piezoelectric effect were studied and then the piezoelectric effect of the PZT under XYZ coordinates and the deformation deriving from negative piezoelectric effect and the hysteresis and creep effect were analyzed. Considering the capacitive load character of the PZT, this thesis puts forward the design scheme of the power supply. Thus the software and hardware design of PZT power supply were accomplished and the DC circuit and mixed amplifier circuit consisting of OP07 and PA78 were made. under the LABVIEW circumstances by making use of the PCI9111D/A module, the input wave program was programmed. After the hardware and the software were completed, this thesis gave a test for the performance of the power supply which included the range of the output voltage, the stability of the output voltage, the linearity of the output voltage and the dynamic character of the power. The experimental result shows that the developed power supply is in good condition. This thesis used a PZT whose type is PTBS3.5×3.5/20 made in our country. On this PZT sticks to a FBG whose central wavelength is 1539.8 nm which forms a AC voltage sensor. In the matching Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) demodulation in Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) sensor system, the demodulation is carried out by using piezoelectric micro displacement actuator through drawing FBG .This thesis implements the DC voltage and the AC voltage outputs of the actuator to draw FBG and in temperature adaptive dynamic sensor system, the actuator is used in tracking control. These experiments show that the actuator has good performance and can be used in matching Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) demodulation in Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) sensor system.
