The hardware and software fundamental structure of the monitor and control system for power supply in radar has been introduced. This system monitors the technical parameter of power supply remotely, makes well man-machine interface and convenient control display of power supply. Through analyzing the monitor data, achieving the faults analysis and location of power supply devices, achieving the faults analysis and location of power user's devices.The design idea of the traditional monitor and control system for power supply in radar is based on the stand or fall judgement. The designer ascertain a logical level according to the background and choose the corresponding gate to compare. There is some localization in this kind of method. It will arouse some problems such as achieving the faults analysis and location of power supply devices. By analyzing the benefits of some bus in this paper, new techniques are applied sufficiently in the process of design to meet the new requirements of monitor and control system, such as using isolated RS485 bus to connect power supply and data collection, using isolated I~2C bus to connect multiple outputs power supply inside, using one-wire bus to achieve digital temperature of radiator, using PC104 to make data collection and communicate with the top part for management of computers through multiple connection modes. The real time and generality are upgraded by applying these techniques. This paper expatiates the application of these techniques. |
