The Rudder Control Circuit Testing Equipment is a special testing equipment designing for measuring the rudder control circuit of some type of missile. It can greatly improve the efficiency and the accuracy practicing in product lines.According to the developing requires claimed by the academe, this paper expatiates the design and the developing process of The Rudder Control Circuit Testing Equipment in details. A scheme, based on practicability, reliability and advance, has been selected from the problems to be solved as well as the current research situation. First of all, the paper summarizes the conception and the traits of virtual instrument technology as well as the background of the development for the testing equipment, and then designs the main frame of the equipment. Based on it, the paper detailedly discusses the hardware design of the testing equipment, including the composition of visual equipment, the function compartmentalization, circuit design and the setting of data acquisition hardware. Besides, this paper analyzes the work flow of each module for the software of the testing equipment, gives the drivers for the connections to the hardware on the Windows 2000, and implements of each function module on the platform of Visual C++6.0. Finally, the paper describes the debugging, calibration of the equipment and the problems encountering as well as its solutions during the process of the developping.
