| As the culture of consumerism and the spread of political, economic, social psychology andmedia market, and other factors, frequently controversial privacy entertainment news play as a"normal" in media performance.In this paper, the author with much experience in entertainment news reports tries to use thetheory of systems and makes a general analysis of the expression of the desire of the public inthe entertainment news about why should there be "tunneling" from the public domain to theprivacy of the individual areas. Meanwhile, both the analysis of the attitude and the informationmanifestations to the privacy entertainment news of current media are also included.As the innovation of this paper, the author argues that one of the most important reasons ofthe constant appearance of privacy entertainment news reports is from the area of the law. Thereis a cross-region among the public's right to know, the privacy of the stars and the power ofmedia reports. But it is this region the existence of which led to the privacy entertainment newsfountainhead. The author believes that, since so much entertainment news from the privacy lawcould not find "right and wrong" of the judges, then the conflict and the balance in the power andrights of the media in the entertainment news, rights of supervision on public opinion and fightsof citizens personality, and, the right to freedom of the press and the right of citizens personalityshould be understood. The appropriate use of the subject of tort defenses for the press will beable to help the entertainment news less entered the "forbidden zone" of the privacy.Finally, from her own experience, the practice standards of media and business standards, and personal moral qualities level of reporters and editors, the author makes some of theprinciples and norms to avoid or reduce the privacy of the news reports, and notes that the mediain the privacy of entertainment news reports should also play a educational role and guide. |
