The newspaper corporation is the result of the development of social production and the market economy. The innovation of newspaper industry in china is quite limited before the newspaper corporation is established. But, after China's first newspapercorporation --Guangzhou Daily Newspaper Corporation established in 1996, lots ofthings changed in the political, economical and social environment. So, Newspaper Corporation itself is the beginning of innovation.With the Innovation Theory, the paper takes city newspaper as example, and analyses the innovation type of newspaper corporation's media products. During the description of the innovational types and ways, the paper also analyzes the particularities of the innovation, and put forward the relative problems. Based on the present situation of the development of Newspaper Corporation抯 innovation in china, and in the virtue of western countries' experience, the author makes some suggestions.
