If you take a look into our life, you will find out that we are surrounded by a IT world built by a variety of IT products including notebook computer, mobile phone, digital camera, digital video camera, PDA, MP3, MP4, video game console etc. Unlike the traditional products that only satisfy the consumers'expectation of"things", IT products pay more attention to cater to the consumers'psychological satisfaction of visual, psychological feeling and the usability when handled with. In addition, IT products possess the advantage of products diversity, function segmentation, manipulation complication. Thus the characters of IT products result in the particularity of their design, experience and usability.The interaction design of IT products target on the experience and usability, the two characters of IT products design. Through the research about information interaction among the products, human and environment, the IT products have been modified to reach the perfect world that products, human and environment enjoy the Harmonious Unity and satisfy the psychological taste and humanistic care.Experience designAlong with the rising of personalized generation and the germination of experience economy, consumers not only take care of the functions of digital products, but also pursue the particular digital experience to demonstrate the personality. The experience design creates the sensory experience and mentality identity considering these daily and consumer's demanding. Meanwhile, it provides perfect conduct experience to influence consumers'intrinsic consciousness, feelings, emotions and identity. The products differentiation would catch the attention of consumer and change the consumption consciousness so that products might gain new survival values and space. Except from the internal revolutionary innovation, particular Modeling Design and gorgeous display, IT products would receive the quest of those fashion-pursers and personality-showers.Usability designThe principle of usability design is put human in the first place considering the particularity of IT products design."Human-central"means human stay in the most important place but also enjoy the mutual coexistence and co-development with products, environment and society. This essay analyzed thoroughly the human-related factors, proposed the methods and measures according to the principle of human-central and analyzed the significance to conduct IT products continuable development.The essay based on the psychology, ergonomics and product semantics theories, analyzed the user character, consumer demand character, IT products character and the development trends of IT products under the experience economy ideology. It put forward the idea of interaction design in the IT products design, illustrated the concepts of IT products interaction design and evaluation system based on the perceptive values. The main purpose of the essay is to build the harmonious relationship between human and things through designing and solving the problems encountered when using IT products.
