The telecommunication industry has been growing rapidly in the past decade, whose network has already become wide-ranged. Since many different types of communication networks are already in the market, competition of current telecommunication market is severe. Thus, how to manage the existing network efficiently, dispatching effectively, disposing the resource reasonably and making the maximum margin for the enterprise, have become an urgent matter for various telecommunication operation agents. Therefore, China Telecom has started to carry out a network resource management system construction since 2002. In recent years, efforts are laid to store data concerning the pipeline specialty, the transmission specialty, the data specialty and the switch specialized network resources one after another. The fact that meta data of Guangdong Telecom Limited Jiangmen Branch is either abnormal or missing in the switch network resources check process has influenced the accuracy of system data. Accurate data is the foundation of resource management and dispatch work. How the data accuracy guarantees the switch network check into storage And what the system data accurate rate is required to meet the requirement are attention-drawing key points in the checking process.The switch network resources assistance management system is mainly realized to exchange the resources going into storage data standard, the integrity, the accurate inspection, as well as the routine maintenance and demand data inquiry statistics function, because of the resources data management personnel discovered the problem of the data storage, and the organization checked revises, enhances the resources data to be accurate rate.The present paper is to check the network resources data switch into the storage data, the key issue of which can be divided into six major concerns: equipment name encoding, equipment classification, machine or frame veneer port, logic concern, circuit layout, and equipment port or connector link concern. In order to solve these problems, the author has carried out a detailed analysis for the assistance management system, and proposed the switch network resources assistance management system prototype along with applicable plans. Function realization is based on (1) the network resources database applying a dual system structures, (2) the application procedure directly connected with the database server, integrating SQL, JAVA,HTML and the JDBC technology together, and (3) the resources database inquiry and data extract. In the current research, the author has carried out a detailed resource database structure analyses and built up application views to facilitate data extract. To examine data accuracy of auxiliary management system output, vast comparison checks are carried out between data in auxiliary management system and that in resource database. Besides, this paper thoroughly discusses specific realization of all necessary functions with detailed procedures, method and main programs. Various improvements are then added to perfect the system. As a result, the switch network resources assistance management system realizes (1) the inspection of the problem data in the resources storehouse, the rack, the machine frame, the veneer, the port, the logical, the electric circuit, the port connection, the electronic control; (2) the exchange of the DDF electronic information which the capacity, the switchboard frame, the relaying information, the electric circuit corresponds to carry out the inquiry statistics function; and (3) a basically satisfactory resource management personnel system to check into the data storage under control.In actual applications, the author further proves validity of this assistance management system with better operational effects, which add practical significance to the system under research in this paper.
