In the system of industrial computed tomography (ICT), the time of scan become more and more short, the image resolving power and the amount of data acquisition handle by computer has been growing exponentially with the fast development of the technology of computer. So the higher request is bring forward for precision and velocity of data acquisition system to get the higher resolving power and the amount of data. The detecting and data acquisition system is the base of getting image information and are absolutely necessary for each system of ICT image processing systems.At first, we introduce structure of high energy x-ray ICT DAS(Data Acquisition System), show the principle and variety of ICT DAS components each ,and compare with performance of the differently phyletic ICT DAS components which provide parameter for designing blueprint;at second, combining with characteristic of the high energy x-ray,we analyze abusees of the conventional ICT- DAS -designing method, prenset a new ICT- DAS -designing blueprint which is CdWO 4 + PIN photodiode + current-input analog -to-digital (A/D) converter + FPGA;at third,we analyze feasibility of the blueprint and design hardware circuit basing on the blueprint;at last,we design the ICT DAS contrllor basing on FPGA with Altera corporation'Quartus II software, discuss the module'design and function of ICT DAS contrllor, and we illuminate emulating result.We test the ICT DAS after accomplish its hardware and firmware with Altera corporation'tool SignalTap II.The test result indicates the performance of ICT DAS achieves the designing request.
