The performances of industrial CT machine rely on their composition framework and configuration level, which could diverse a lot based on different test objects and technical requirements. Since traditional engineering methods can't meet the demands of its prompt and convenience on designing, exploring and maintaining, the control software of industrial CT needs a more efficient solvent. This paper is a research on the creation of the controlling software of industrial CT, which is in virtue of new result of software duplicating and subassembly technology.This paper has analyzed the current condition of designing the controlling software of industrial CT and using the subassembly software based on the controlling system of industrial CT, as well as the peculiarity of the subassembly software, developing trend and the engineering methods of the subassembly software.System has expatiated the subassembly technique and in terms of which the software system framework and exploring flow has been set forth. It also has analyzed the major information of industrial CT controlling system according to its hardware composition. It has proposed, meanwhile, the industrial CT controlling system framework based on the subassembly technique, partitioned the subassembly for performance of industrial CT controlling software. Researches on industrial CT composition framework has been taken In terms of the subassembly technique, which concludes the framework, composition of subassembly technique and the principle of testing platform and its composition.Especially for the graphical interfaces system subassembly, UML is adopted to analyze its static object model, dynamic object model and performance model and introduce a technique for implement of subassembly.At last, researches and analysis have been done on data processing flow of industrial CT system subassembly software, the characteristic and framework of subassembly software real time database, data types, data model, affair model, data organizing and data processing in real time database. |
