In a modern production process, quality control system has got widespread attention, which is considered to be an important way to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. This paper introduces a network environment Application of SPC to achieve long-range quality control system technology,describes the composition of system, researches the structure and software model, using C + + language and network technology to achieve a networked data collection and quality control software,which compose of server and Client, realizing the integration of remote monitoring and qualitative analysis.The modular design using object-oriented technology has high scalability.In order to achieve high quality of the production process for effective monitoring, client data acquisition software system that can be achieved manually data collection, automatic data collection, remote data collection and so on. The design of server software use C++ network library ACE to realize agile and effective network communication,and with SPC theory to achieve effective on-line monitoring of the production process.The whole system has intelligent data acquisition, effective data management, process capability index,drawing process control charts and abnormal condition automatic early warning function.Finally, using an example showed the use of the system. The system is suitable for the production online analysis and judgment in the network environment.It can significantly increase the product quality and economic efficiency of enterprises.
