The public opinion means the common opinion of the majority that removes personal opinion difference and reflects social consciousness and aggregate consciousness in a certain range of community. None of the society can get away from public opinion, which plays an important role in the following aspects such as imitating and predicting social development trends, communicating and regulating various society relations, encouraging and inspecting social members and social groups, promoting various social business developments etc. The evolvement of public opinion is a typical complicated system under the influence of various factors, such as nature, society, economy, culture, politics and law...etc. Therefore , carrying on the research of the evolvement of public opinion has an important realistic meaning to the public. For the sake of studying the evolvement of public opinion, people established a few evolving models of public opinion, and got a few meaningful conclusions, such as the simulation imitated to Brazil election, the formation of prices and the diffusion of rumor, etc..This paper that combines the Majority Rule model (MR model) and the Cellular Automaton Hacken public opinion model study the following aspects: First, in consideration of the fact that people are actively moving in real society, we' ve extend the two- dimensional 2-attitude MR model and investigated the evolving regulation of the extend model that considering people can move. Finding that under the situation of people moving, the time that system reach consensus consumedly reduces; having removed the long-time stripe state that appears in the process of the former MR model evolvement. The consensus time distribution also has somewhat changed; the qualitative results under the mean-field limit plus the numerical simulation together express that the consensus time grows logarithmically with the number of agents in the system. Secondly, investigation of the evolving regulation of two-dimensional 3-attitude MR model :When people face 3 kinds of choices of attitudes or if there exist three kinds of different opinions, the numerical simulation showed that these three kinds of attitudes are impossible to be always existing together and mutually interacting each other. There still possibly exists stripe state in the two-dimensional 3-attitude MR model, and the consensus time will become longer because of the existence of the stripe state. The consensus time grows logarithmically with the number of agents in the system in the mean-field limit and numerical simulation. Thirdly, on the basis of the Cellular Automaton Hacken public opinion model, we extend the model rule by using it in local group(Von Neumann neighbor). After the extension, the influences of the environment and preference factor on the public opinion make some difference from the former model. People do not easy to obey the majority opinion. But the preference factor still has very powerful influence on the extension model. At the end of this paper, I make a conclusion to the whole text works, and take a concise view of the development of public opinion.
