Design Of ERP System For Sichuan Mobile

Nowadays, the enterprises' reformation is deepening and the market competition becomes more and more fierce, so more and more enterprises adopted the informationized technology to lower the production cost, raise the working efficiency, integrate the resources of enterprise, and strengthen the enterprises' general capability of competition.The ERP system has achieved the great success not only in its self perfection butalso in its popularization and utilization. The ERP system has greatly integrated withthe Supplying Chain Management System, the Customer Relationship ManagementSystem, and the Personnel Resource System. The next stage of ERP will be anintegrated system inside of an enterprise or between the enterprises, and it will includemany modes of management system for the enterprises in different professions. Theimplementation of ERP should coordinate on the stage of management modes insideof the enterprise and between the enterprises, because it can help improve thereformation and blaze new trails inside and between the enterprises, and it isbeneficial to enterprises to absorb the new management modes, such as suppositiveenterprises, quick production, and outside contracting strategy, into the enterprisesreference management modes in ERP software. The ERP system is an importantmeans to realize the informationized management of enterprises, so informationizedmanagement becomes the powerful weapon to help enterprises lower the cost, raisethe efficiency, and strengthen the core competition, and it is the certain choice for thedomestic telecommunication enterprises. At present, the domestic telecommunicationoperators have taken improving the informationized management of enterprises as thestrategic measures to strengthen the core competition, issued the IT programs for thenext few years, started to set up and perfect the informationized systems, such asoperation analysis, fee accounting, PR management and OA. And these operatorshope to realize the ERP system with its core to be the logistics, and raise theproduction, operation and management level through the ways of utilizing theplatforms of enterprise informationized center and networks, and the enterprises ERPsystem, and setting up the business automation system. How to realize the identity ofthe current enterprise management mode and the ERP management mode, and how toquickly and successfully implement the ERP have become the big problems that allthe domestic enterprises must face and need to solve eagerly during the course of ERPimplementation. Therefore, my company has decided to adopt the ERP system. Thisarticle is aimed at setting up the ERP system and solving several technologicproblems of ERP.This article mainly expounds the choice of ERP software, setting-up of the system structure, network programming, data shifting of the new and the existed system, system security, backup, integrating with other system, maintenance, development, and optimization, and summarizes the effects of ERP implementation.The ERP implementing design program in this article conforms to the actual situation of Sichuan Mobile, and it is proved to be feasible and has set the foundation for the implementation and stable operation of the ERP system.The research of this article has received the assistance of Sichuan Mobile ERP Project, and this project has been implemented successfully at present.
