In today's Chinese auto market customer demand increasingly diverse, increasingly fierce competition in the market environment, how to get rid of their own quality, how to form its own competitive advantage, how to improve the core competitiveness is the current major automobile manufacturers the most concern. As a result, the entire enterprise car factory network integration degree, information acquisition accuracy, rapid response system, production management real-time degrees and other issues.The research object is located in the upper plan management system and at the bottom of the industrial control system between MES manufacturing execution system for automobile factory floor. MES system adopts the distributed real-time database structure, modular programming method is designed, the OPC technology, Web technology, RFID identification technology, combining PMON communication interface technology, etc. Paper focuses on the function of MES system, structure and key technology application and implementation, etc.MES implementation method of manufacturing execution system is through the OPC server and 10 Manager will real-time field data collected data acquisition server, data were collected and saved to the system database through the ODBC technology, and then through the Web network technology will be released data to the Web client host, so users can remote access the contents of the database through the Internet browsers. By tracking PMON interface will live body MES system real-time feedback to FIS industrial data acquisition management system, implementation layer according to the data provided by the company for the production planning, process changes, and material purchasing and a series of production and management activities.MES manufacturing execution system is put into normal production which has been stable operation under 60 JPH cycle time. With high efficiency, high reliability and high accuracy performance for the automobile enterprises to reduce the production cost, to reduce the equipment failure rate and to improve labor productivity. So as to achieve the automobile enterprises to improve production process, optimize business processes, reduce production cost, raising the level of intelligence, informationization in car plants and getting the final goal of strengthen the key competitiveness of auto enterprise market.
