| With the rapid development of information technology (IT), the Home Networking (HNK) has already been the hotspot of the research in many industries, such as the computer industry, the telecommunication industry, the consumption electron industry, etc. As the gateway and the controller, the Home Gateway (HG) directly determines the performance of the HNK. Therefore, the research of HG will powerfully impel the digitization and the information advancement of the HNK.Generally, the traditional HG is realized by using the PC(Personal Computer), and it connects kinds of intelligent terminal in the family local area network (LAN) by wired way .However, with the consideration of practicability and the saving, using the embedded technology and the wireless transmission to realize the HG is an ideal choice. At the same time, along with the unceasing development of the HNK, function of the HG needs further strengthening, its function can be expediently developed by adopting SIP as its application level protocol. In view of the above, this article has designed a kind of embedded wireless HG based on SIP. The concrete work as follows:The related content of SIP has been studied, the application feasibility and the superiority of applying SIP on the HG has been proved.The article has designed the hardware platform of the HG. On the basis of analytical function structure of the embedded wireless HG, we adopt ARM7TDMI S3C44B0X as the gateway controller, and have designed the relevance periphery circuit.The article has designed the software platform of the HG, and developed the application software over the platform. Also, the modularized design idea has been adopted, and the realization method of each module has been explained detailedly, such as the SIP protocol stack module, the SIP network server and the Bluetooth module, etc.The safety problem of the HG and SIP have been analysed, and also a new safety mechanism of embedded wireless HG based on SIP has been brought forward. |
