Design Of An Embedded Home Gateway Based On ARM

Entering the 21 Century, the modern begin to change their opinions about living environment. They begin to refer to the spirit content, such as safe and convenient service, interlinkage with the outside network, rather then the matter content, such as big room or luxury fitment. This change aids the progress of the home net directly.As the door and the governor, the home gateway is at the important place in the home net. It decides the design highness and the service level that the home net can touch.On the point of the embedded system design, the thesis can be divide into two parts to expatiate the frame of the home gateway, one is the hard circuit and the other is the software system.The thesis is composed of five chapters, witch can be introduced as following:The first chapter, preface, introduces mainly the phylogeny and actuality of the home net and the home gateway.The second chapter, the design of the embedded system, includes the soft and hard condition of the home net in existence, and shows the whole structure of the home gateway in the thesis.The third chapter, the hard construct of the embedded home gateway, introduces the MCU used in this design, and shows the hard construct with the circuit diagram.The fourth chapter, the software design of the embedded home gateway, introduces EOS(uClinux), HTTP, C(}[ and the home net protocol, and shows the software design with the flow chart.The fifth chapter, the perfect of the embedded home gateway, introduces the following work of this design.
