Research And Design Of Inter-System Model Of Telecommunication Management Network

With the rapid development of telecommunication network in recent years, operators have built their special network management systems. However, these systems were built separately focusing on their special traffic; little information can be shared among management systems. To solve this problem, this paper gives an inter-system model based on the different special telecommunication network management.This paper has investigated and analyzed core technologies of telecommunication management network, designed an inter-system model which met the requirement of network management systems, solved several problems met in the implementation of model. The main work and achievements of the paper include:Investigated the development of telecommunication management network and existing problems, analyzed the requirement of connection among different network management systems.Analyzed the difference among special network management systems, gave the summery of the management information needed to be transferred and adapted in the inter-system interface.Designed a 3-layer inter-system model among special network management systems.Showed the effectiveness of the inter-system model by the implementation of the model in the design of one local network management system of China Telecom.
