With technology upgrading, business updates, the intensification of Fuzhou has been moving in the face of opportunities and challenges. Fuzhou Mobile is a highly knowledge-intensive industries, it must follow the forefront of technology, innovative services; improve service quality and customer satisfaction; enhance the quality of staff and improve employee satisfaction. In doing these reforms, it is also necessary to promote a culture change, accelerating knowledge sharing, to help employees grow. Fuzhou mobile knowledge management systems performance management subsystem is produced in this background.The system is implemented by the open source technology which is popular in the nationality, the architecture of MVC is good to achieve the hierarchical system, and improved the work efficiency, increased code reuse rate.After the recent months of trial operation, the system is very good to meet user needs, basic implement of the initial user expectations. In doing the work, the system adds a number of additional functions according to the Fuzhou Mobile operating modes, make the system to be industry leading level.In the system implementation process, the main work of author is: first: use JMS Asynchronous processing. Specifically to say is that when users do not need the operation of the implementation show up immediately and the result is returned to the types of void. Asynchronous processing could delay some users of operation and, thus speeding up the user's response time, improving system performance. second: task scheduling. The main operation is the statements, including weekly, monthly, daily, quarterly and annual reports. Quartz can be occurred at a particular point, and save the result to the databases .third: algorithm. Calculate the roles of users by the username, then gets the value of KPI depending on the roles.This paper discussed the design and implementation of performance subsystem in Fuzhou mobile knowledge management system from the following four way : The first chapter outlines the simple performance management significance, and analyzes the performance management, the status and movement of knowledge management systems. The second chapter outlines something about technology. The third chapter presents system needs analysis in the Fuzhou mobile knowledge management system, include definition and the definition of non-functional system. The fourth chapter is the design and implementation of performance management.
