The technology of detection leak on the pipelines can discover pipeline leakage accurately and the position of leakage. The technology will take precaution of oil leakage, strike the purpose of crude oil stealing action, and decrease waste of manpower and material resource in patrolling the pipelines. With the development of high-speed MCU and the application of new high precision, high response piezoelectric sensor, the technology of detection leak based on dynamic pressure transducer has a very brilliant future.The technology of detection leak based on dynamic pressure transducer is studied. A novel technology of detection and location of oil pipelines leakage that is rapid, robust and effective based on analysis of specified power spectrum, signal energy and amplitude of dynamic pressure signal is proposed in this thesis.The dynamic pressure transducer used to detect oil pipeline leakage is developed. The transducer adopts the piezoelectric sensor to detect leakage signal of oil pipeline; utilizing embedded technology, the embedded system taking MCU MSP430 as the core accomplishes data acquisition, analysis and processing; and through RS-485 bus interface, communication has been realized with the measurment control system of the oil pipeline leakage.Application shows that the dynamic pressure transducer that meet the requisition of automatic management of oil pipeline can be applied in complex working condition widely.
