The Documentary Research On The Yinwan Note Of The Han Bamboo Slips About "a Fu On The Spiritual Crow"

Discovery of the late Western Han inscribed slips at Yinwan is a fresh impetus to the documentary research of ancient bamboo slips and silks. Especially, A Fu on the Spiritual Crow casts new light on the long debated vulgar Fu. This paper, based upon the text, just expounds the philological characteristic and value of A Fu on the Spiritual Crow.It consists of four major parts.Part one firstly looks back the research trends of nowadays, then puts forward the content, the method and the price of this text.Part two of the paper studies and unveils the characteristics such as the system of shape, the calligraphic style, the type of writing and script from the angle of philology. From a overall perspective, it discusses the great value of A Fu on the Spiritual Crow as the one and only being excavated and completely preserved bamboo slips of Han Fu so far, which not only provides a large amount of precious information for us to understand bamboo slips about Fu at shape and calligraphic style, but also provides the most directive and vivid document data of authority to research literary form of vulgar Fu. In a word, the paper makes it clear that A Fu on the Spiritual Crow has important and documentary value because of its typical characteristic of document. At the same time, it answers the academic questions of history, calligraphy, literature and philology, which the public attention is focused on. Part three mainly gives a research review on the compilation of some characters in the bamboo slips. These characters have been rectified in terms of meaning not only referring to other views, but also including the new view and discovery of my own.Part four,on the basis of all the published annotations about A Fu on the Spiritual Crow, proofs them right or not. On the basis of my discovery, I write the new meanings of the terms and the translated copy.
