The Han bamboo-slip Analects of Dingzhou was excavated from the NO.40 Han tomb of Bajiaolang village of Dingzhou of Hebei province in 1973. It is the earliest version of. Analects that we can read so far. The bamboo-slip Analects Unearthed from The Dingzhou cemetery of Han Dynasty was compiled and published by Hebei Cultural Relics Research Institute Groupin 1997. because of its diversity of writing compared with the traditional version,and no conclusion on its character and completion time, To study The Han bamboo-slip Analects of Dingzhou is very important for studying the features, the discourse structure, the evolution of Analects, and the language features during the transition period in the early years of Han Dynasty. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the research of other experts, the following three questions have been systematically studied in this topic:First, the full text has been collated and researched, and some errors of phraseology and typesetting have been corrected. Second, the different writing has been classified and analyzed by its feature. Third, the completion time, especially its time limit of The Han bamboo-slip Analects of Dingzhou, has been defined. Then, the conclusion that The Han bamboo-slip Analects of Dingzhou belongs to the Lu Analects has been finished based on detailed forensics.
