The Research And Appllication Of The Key Techniques On INMS

The Network Management System (NMS) is a software system administrating computer network, equipment, software, etc. Its main functions include performance management, configuring management, fault management, billing management and security management. The Integration Network Management System (INMS) is a synthesis system based on each specialized network management system, utilizing standardized interfaces, to realize the centralized management and analysis of the data of each specialized network management system.This paper studies the key issues of INMS ,through theories and practices, including the distributive computing technologies, the analysis of resource model, the protocol of internet management, the technologies of work flow, etc. Based on the related regulation of TMN, integrated with the research on the key technologies of INMS in telecom industry, this article designs and realizes a telecom-specific INMS, by considering the realistic demand of Hunan Telecom.This paper analyzes related theories, strengths and weaknesses of NGOSS, bring forword resource model, through this model, client layer, business layer, and resource layer are associated. This paper studies the key technologies of work flow and SNMP. Meanwhile, it provides the portal frame construction of the INMS which is widely used nowadays, and talks about the function of the standard of network management in the field of the INMS and the designing and exploring of the system. Moreover, it forecasts the tendency of the development of the INMS, which is to be centralized.
